STEELS STRETCH C330 is a water-soluble lubricant and coolant formulated with synthetic base oil for seamless steel pipe and steel stamping and drawing processes. It is a modern, new type of ecologically stable steel stamping and drawing fluid.
STEELS STRETCH C330 contains bio-high polymer extreme pressure additives. The chemical film generated under high temperature and high deformation during the drawing process has high strength, which can reduce direct friction between metals, extend mold life, and improve product surface finish.
STEELS STRETCH C330 does not contain substances harmful to human health such as chlorine, diethanolamine, and nitrites, ensuring safety for personnel and environmental friendliness. Good rust prevention properties can ensure steel pipes are less prone to corrosion in the short term.
